Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and commissioning CNC-controlled machining centers at customer sites
- Providing training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the machines
- Identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical issues at customer sites
- Analyzing and troubleshooting control system problems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A successful completion of a technical education in mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of CNC machines or similar equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented approach and high quality standards
