Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our operations in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our depots, employees, customer contacts, and overall growth in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop our depot network in Germany
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the headquarters to ensure alignment and support
  • Monitor and control costs, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in operations management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fluency in German and English
