Creative Visual Designer

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our international team at BRUNA The Label. As a creative generalist, you'll be responsible for translating our brand strategy into cutting-edge digital content. Your expertise in graphic design, content creation, and visual communications will help us elevate our brand identity and aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.
Your Responsibilities- Conceptualize, create, and curate digital assets for owned, paid, and organic channels, including ads, social media content, CRM, and email marketing.
- Curate existing photo and video material from lifestyle shootings and content creators, and translate it into new and inspiring content edits.
- Ensure a cohesive creative expression of our brand ID and aesthetic across all customer touchpoints.
- Pitch new ideas and contribute to the team with your creativity, staying on top of industry best practices in digital marketing, brand experience, and content strategy.
- Work multifunctionally between our content team and other departments.
We're looking for a candidate with a skilled creative eye, knowledge of general fashion and pop cultural terminology, and excellent project and time-management skills. You should be able to work independently, juggle multiple responsibilities, and maintain detail orientation. A comprehensive understanding of digital brand and performance marketing, content management, and social media platforms is essential. Top-notch English skills are required, with German being a plus.
Requirements- 2-3+ years of relevant education in digital media creative, graphic design, content creation, motion design, visual communications, or related fields.
- 3+ years of work experience in lifestyle brands (preferably within e-commerce) or an agency working in CRM and social ads or related fields.
- Strong background in graphic design and confident in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of HTML and coding is a plus.
- A graphic portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
