Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Leadership Development to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership development programs that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leadership development strategies that align with NIO's business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for leaders at all levels, focusing on business and soft skills
  • Evaluate and refine leadership evaluation standards and training systems
  • Collaborate with local trainer departments to build a comprehensive academy service model for Europe
  • Analyze training demand and plan accordingly to meet business needs
  • Develop and deliver training courses on general workplace competencies, including customization of content and teaching methods
  • Organize and deliver online and offline training activities, utilizing diverse tools and platforms
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on key projects to ensure optimal results
Requirements
  • Master's degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, or social sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in delivering trainings and leadership development programs
  • Strategic thinking, management, and project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
