Job Title: Specialist Compliance Management

Join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG as a Specialist Compliance Management and take on a challenging role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Compliance System Validation & Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the compliance management system to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Guidance & Coordination: Provide expert guidance to compliance managers and assistants on various compliance topics, ensuring a high level of understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Sponsoring & Donation Management: Prepare and manage the sponsoring and donation system within the PH Group, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • International Compliance Standards: Validate and implement a group-wide compliance documentation system, focusing on sponsoring, donations, and other contractual relationships.
  • Compliance Organization Development: Ensure the continuous development of the compliance organization and objectives within group companies, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • Advisory Role: Advise PH AG and group companies, business units, and employees on compliance-related questions and recommend improvements to ensure a high level of compliance.
  • Integration of Compliance Topics: Integrate compliance topics across various functions outside the CEO-CCO into overall compliance activities, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Guideline Preparation & Implementation: Prepare and implement guidelines for compliance topics, including policy and procedure management, to ensure a high level of compliance.
  • Training & Education: Develop and implement group-wide compliance training programs and measures, ensuring employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A degree in law or a background in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: First experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Healthcare Compliance: Experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.
