Job Overview

SCM Specialist

• Manage customer orders for multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate internal logistics processes necessary for order fulfillment, streamlining operations for maximum efficiency.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and field sales representatives, addressing questions and concerns related to order processing.
• Monitor and optimize internal processes required for order processing, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and process order-related documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Prioritize daily tasks, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in order processing in an international company, with a strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain management.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in SAP ERP – S4/Hana, with experience in using the system to manage orders and logistics.
