Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Netzanschlussmanager to join our team at badenovaWÄRMEPLUS GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and coordination of network connections for wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network connection concepts for wind energy projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including network operators, wind turbine manufacturers, and local authorities.
• Plan and execute network infrastructure projects, including cable routes, substations, and transfer stations.
• Ensure the development of high-quality network connection concepts, including transformer, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Collaborate with our project teams to ensure the successful implementation of wind energy projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all network connection projects meet technical and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network connection planning and execution for wind energy projects.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in GIS software and other relevant tools.
