About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, including all financial and technical details
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including purchasing, production, and shipping, to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communication
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales data
  • Support our sales team and participate in trade shows and events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
