About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, including all financial and technical details
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments, including purchasing, production, and shipping, to ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communication
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and sales data
- Support our sales team and participate in trade shows and events
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
