Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Innovation: Develop efficient HR work processes and promote innovation in HR process excellence & digitalization within our global community.
  • Agile Process Design: Design and implement agile processes and solutions, ensuring seamless execution in practice.
  • HR Process Optimization: Design and optimize HR processes and structures for the group and individual sub-areas (regions), leveraging digital solutions effectively.
  • Project Management: Take responsibility for project management, driving the implementation of your solutions forward and actively engaging stakeholders.
  • Communication: Structure complex issues, communicate efficiently, and facilitate optimal decision-making through exceptional communication skills.
  • Training and Support: Serve as a competent contact person, supporting the training and support of the global HR community.
  • Data Quality: Collaborate with Group HR to establish and develop efficient analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring optimal data quality in IT systems.
About You:
  • Passion for HR: Demonstrate enthusiasm for Human Resources, committed to continuous analysis and optimization of processes.
  • HR Expertise: Possess a degree and/or professional experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
  • Process Optimization: Showcase sound experience in optimizing HR processes and structures, having successfully managed and implemented projects.
  • Technical Skills: Be familiar with SAP Successfactors Suite and ideally other SAP solutions (SAP BW, SAP SAC).
  • Languages: Proficient in German and English, with excellent working language skills.
  • Methodology: Possess experience and methodology in process analysis and modeling (BPMN 2.0) / Operational Excellence methods (LEAN, Six Sigma).
