SAP Compliance Lead

As a key member of Fresenius Digital Technology\'s IT service team, you will play a vital role in supporting the company\'s business units with innovative and reliable IT services. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and GxP computer system validation will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and compliance of our IT systems.

Key responsibilities include leading the setup of a qualified and validated SAP S/4HANA platform, managing project teams to ensure GxP regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a validated and qualified state.

Requirements include a degree in natural sciences, economics, or equivalent, combined with at least 10 years of experience in GxP computer system validation and SAP transformation projects. Extensive knowledge of SAP in cloud installations, SAP S/4HANA, BTP, ALM, and relevant regulatory frameworks is also essential.

As a highly organized and customer-oriented individual, you will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement within projects, while managing resources and team performance in a complex, international environment.

Key skills include conflict resolution, moderation, presentation, and communication skills in English, German would be an advantage. Experience in strategic, project, quality, and risk management, as well as compliance controls, data protection, IT security, and requirements engineering is also required.
