Mechanical Systems and Equipment Technician

Kesseböhmer is seeking a proficient Mechanical Systems and Equipment Technician to enhance our production team. If you possess expertise in metal fabrication and are dedicated to upholding exceptional quality standards, this role is tailored for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare machinery for production tasks and ensure precise documentation
  • Oversee manufacturing processes to uphold quality benchmarks and implement necessary adjustments
  • Examine tool wear and execute replacements as required
  • Carry out maintenance and cleaning duties to promote machine durability
  • Perform mechanical repairs and upkeep on machinery, facilities, and infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve issues to facilitate uninterrupted production
  • Manage and operate fire safety systems
  • Fabricate small metal structures

Your Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in metal fabrication, particularly with CNC laser and/or punching equipment
  • Strong focus on quality and craftsmanship
  • Capability to work autonomously, methodically, and with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in interpreting technical schematics and competent PC skills
  • Fluency in German
