Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Plug & Play Germany GmbH seeks a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that will play a crucial part in driving business growth through effective partnership management and strategic initiatives.
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in account management, project coordination, and innovation strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with corporate partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with partners, including regular check-ins, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Plan and execute workshops, innovation formats, and strategic projects to enhance partner engagement and drive business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of platform services, such as venture clienting and customized partner programs, to enhance value and relevance for partners.
- Support the platform's role as a leader in corporate-startup collaboration by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that address the future needs of innovation ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- An estimated salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
