About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive innovation in the field of microsurgery. As a Medical Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities in the innovation sweet spot of desirability, feasibility, and viability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for medical technologies and applications
  • Establish and maintain a network of partners in the field of microsurgery
  • Conduct market studies and identify customer needs to develop solution concepts
  • Propose projects to implement solution concepts in proof-of-concept demonstrators
  • Support the development of new business and venturing proposals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in natural sciences, medical engineering, data science, or economics
  • PhD preferred
  • Experience in conducting research projects and a strong understanding of corporate innovation management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel internationally
