At Generali Operations Service Platform S.r.l., we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance of our operations with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management and compliance, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISAE, FARG, ISO27001, DORA, VAIT, and other relevant standards. You will be responsible for monitoring and integrating regulatory environments, developing new compliance goals, identifying and evaluating audit findings, and promoting a culture of audit and compliance within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and integrate regulatory environments: You will be responsible for coordinating the regulatory environment for the GOSP LCTO DE and our customers, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop new compliance goals: You will work closely with our operational units to develop new compliance goals at the GOSP-LCTO DE level, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate audit findings: You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and minimizing audit findings, working closely with our operational units to ensure that all issues are addressed.
  • Promote a culture of audit and compliance: You will play a key role in promoting a culture of audit and compliance within our organization, working closely with our technical departments to ensure that all employees understand the importance of compliance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or similar education: You will have a strong educational background in computer science or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in operational management and compliance: You will have a strong background in operational management and compliance, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills: You will have strong analytical skills and be able to solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in German and English: You will be fluent in both German and English, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.
