Die Herausforderung
Wir sind ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung und den Betrieb von Hochspannungsnetzen spezialisiert hat. Wir suchen einen Fachmann, der unsere Prozesse und Verfahren weiterentwickeln und verbessern kann, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
Die Aufgaben
- Aufbau von Prozessen und Ausgestaltung von Schnittstellen innerhalb des Kompetenzbereichs sowie mit den Geschäftsbereichen für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit in der Matrixorganisation,
- Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der genehmigungsrechtlichen Expertise im Team, um die Einholung der erforderlichen Genehmigungen (insbesondere Planfeststellungsbeschlüsse nach EnWG und WindSeeG sowie Genehmigungen nach BBergG) fristgerecht zum geplanten Baustart sicherzustellen,
- Identifikation und Heben von Synergien in den Prozessen sowie Erhöhung des Digitalisierungsgrades in den verantworteten Prozessen,
- Sicherstellung von Wissenstransfer zwischen den einzelnen Projekten und gegenüber den Geschäftsbereichen in Bezug auf die genehmigungsrelevanten Themen und Etablierung von Standards,
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung strategischer Themen im Bereich sowie bei bereichsübergreifenden und Gruppen-Initiativen,
- Mitarbeit bei strategischer Weiterentwicklung des Fachgebietes, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierungen/IT-gestützte Prozesse,
- Sicherstellung einer vorausschauenden Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung für die Abwicklung der Projekte, u.a. Steuerung von Dienstleistern,
- Fachliche Unterstützung des Teams bei der Bewertung und Klärung genehmigungsrelevanter Fragen,
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von derzeit ca. 8 Mitarbeitenden.
Die Voraussetzungen
- Mindestens mit Master abgeschlossenes Studium einer geeigneten Fachrichtung wie Raumplanung, Landschaftsplanung, Stadt- und Regionalplanung, Geografie, Rechts- bzw. Verwaltungswissenschaft, Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaft,
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Genehmigungen,
- Fachkenntnisse im Offshore-Bereich machen Ihre Bewerbung ebenso interessant wie mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung,
- Kenntnisse im Planungs- und Genehmigungsrecht und Kenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft sind ebenfalls von Vorteil,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
- Fahrerlaubnis PKW,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift,
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen und sehr gute Koordinationsfähigkeiten.
