About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a Field Sales Activator. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers in the LEH, Tankstellen, and GAM sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
