Business Process Optimization Specialist

About the Job
This role is ideal for a seasoned Business Analyst looking to join 0010 Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and contribute to the optimization of business processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes, develop optimization strategies, and stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, and effectively communicate with cross-functional team members and management.
- Perform requirements analysis, document results, and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Work closely with business users, technicians, and managerial staff to gather critical information and produce useful reports.
- Perform user acceptance testing, update, implement, and maintain procedures, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and developers.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Multiple years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking area or a related field, preferably with experience in Mobile App solutions.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and good documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements, and business fluency in German and English.
