About the Role:


Amazon TA is seeking a skilled Brand Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce and a ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategies to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and improve discoverability
  • Provide recommendations for marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products and increase traffic
  • Manage the launch of new products and improve discoverability

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a similar program
  • Minimum of 12 months professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Finance, Account Management, or Marketing
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of another European language (preferably French, Italian, or Spanish)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or website content management systems
  • Confident in communicating internally and externally
