We are looking for a reliable and skilled Personal Assistant to join our team at ARMON GmbH. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks, including preparing and creating salary and wage statements, capturing and maintaining employee data, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and creation of salary and wage statements
- Capture and maintenance of employee data (DATEV, MTZ Bosch, SmartTime)
- Capture and maintenance of working hours, sick leave, and vacation days, as well as overtime and terminations
- Creation of contracts, certificates of employment, and other documents for employees
- Communication with authorities and health insurance companies and ensuring compliance with all reporting obligations
- Completed commercial training
- Relevant experience in the field of personnel
- Further education in the field of personnel and salary and wage accounting is desirable
- Good knowledge of tax and social security law
- Good knowledge of labor and employment law and other relevant regulations
- Knowledge of DATEV, MTZ Bosch, and SmartTime is an advantage
