Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Project Manager to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative energy efficiency solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage energy efficiency projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop customized energy efficiency solutions for clients, including energy audits, feasibility studies, and implementation plans.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring effective use of company resources and minimizing costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in energy efficiency project management, with a focus on commercial or industrial clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful energy efficiency projects, with a strong understanding of energy efficiency technologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management software and tools.
