Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our commercial development activities and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Life Sciences, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine, with an MBA and/or PhD being a significant advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in German being a significant advantage.

Requirements
  • BS or MS degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine
  • Strong background in business development, sales, or commercial development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus
