About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Worker to join our team at Forbo Movement Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet production targets and deadlines as per production schedules or instructions
  • Process and prepare materials for special processing
  • Prepare connections according to production instructions
  • Operate presses for banding and end heating of bands
  • Provide support and assistance in the cutting department
  • Operate and assist with cutting machines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform warehousing and storage tasks
  • Conduct quality control checks and prepare quality reports

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training (technical knowledge)
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Quality and cost awareness
  • Proficiency in German language (written and spoken)
  • Desirable: Stapler certification
