Our company, Instep Fachkräfte GmbH, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Welding Specialist in the field of Mechanical Engineering.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and welding complex aluminum assemblies and structures as per technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring adherence to welding parameters and construction requirements to meet industry standards
• Performing single and multi-layer welding of various material thicknesses, including tack welding and welding of small components
• Welding large-scale bridge components, including 14m bridge halves and 26m bridge quarters
• Working in a shift pattern (2 or 3 shifts) to meet production demands

• Completed vocational training as a Construction Mechanic, Welder, or Industrial Mechanic
• Several years of experience in aluminum processing and welding
• Desirable: Welder qualifications according to DIN EN ISO 9606-2
