We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our Finance team in Flensburg. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial management and reporting processes.

About the Role

As a Financial Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring financial project controlling is conducted consistently across all business units.
  • Creating financial transparency for our customer projects.
  • Supporting financial management reporting in close cooperation with the CFO.
  • Providing monthly financial updates and analysis to local Business Unit managers.
  • Supporting the budgeting process and providing forecast updates.
  • Assisting with refinancing, M&A activities, and future exit processes.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses, such as segment analysis.
Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Economics or similar qualification, plus accounting qualification.
  • Strong English language skills, with written and spoken German an advantage.
  • First professional experiences in a project-driven business environment.
  • Experience with Power BI and strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with accounting software packages.
