Italian and English Social Media Specialist

Your new job is temporarily at home, but in the further course of your activity, you will work together with your team at our site in Berlin.
As a Client Services Agent (w/m) Social Media in Italian language, you will put together solutions to support and expand your customer's self-serve advertising customer base.
You will manage all different types of inquiries generated via back office activities such as chat, email, and social media messenger.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluent, verbal and written in Italian Language
- English at a proficient level (C1/C2) as second linguistic skill
- Familiarity with e-commerce
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fast learner
- Diligent worker
You will work with our team to provide customer support and expand our customer base.
Our Offer€ 1800 gross monthly salary
€ 200 as presence bonus
€ 2 per day as internet bonus
Fulltime job with shift schedules Monday-Friday
