Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at HARIBO. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in personnel planning, training, and development of employees to ensure a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement creative sales ideas, sales-promoting measures, and special promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage merchandise disposition, warehouse organization, and cash and bookkeeping to maintain accurate records and optimize store operations.
- Monitor retail-specific key figures through receipt analysis and sales evaluations to inform business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultation to HARIBO fans, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education and several years of experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in professional personnel management and strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and high service orientation, even during peak customer traffic.
- Proficiency in MS-Office programs and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
- High motivation for independent work and enjoyment in contributing creativity.
