Facilities Technician

Your Responsibilities
Monitoring the order and overall condition of the properties under care
Inspecting buildings and technical systems, communicating with users or tenants, and accompanying external contractors
Performing minor repairs and supporting service technicians with maintenance and repair work, inspections, and technical rounds
Reporting any detected defects or unusual occurrences
Your Profile
Completed training as a mechanical engineer for sanitary, heating, and climate technology, or as an electronics engineer for energy and building technology, or as a plumber, or as an installer, with experience in facility management desirable
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation (MS Word & Excel)
Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
Driver's license class B an advantage, but not mandatory
Willingness to participate in on-call duty for emergency services an advantage, but not mandatory
