Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Manager für unsere Neurosurgery-Sparte. Als Teil unseres Global Marketing-Teams werden Sie die Entwicklung und den Aufbau unseres Produkt- und Serviceportfolios auf Basis aktueller und zukünftiger Kundenanforderungen mitgestalten.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie Bewertung der Marktentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit den zentralen und lokalen Marketing- und Vertriebsorganisationen im Hinblick auf unsere strategische Zielsetzung.
- Fachlicher Support der internationalen Marketing- und Vertriebsorganisationen in Zusammenarbeit mit benachbarten Bereichen als Basis einer erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
- Entwicklung und nachgelagerte Überwachung und Steuerung von Produktneueinführungen.
- Kundenzentrierte Erarbeitung marktspezifischer Produktanforderungen für die Entwicklung von Neuprodukten.
- Arbeit im Rahmen des Aesculap Produktentwicklungsprozesses mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktion und Regulatory Affairs zusammen.
- Life-Cycle-Management und Wettbewerbsanalyse des eigenständig betreuten Produktsegments.
- Arbeit mit Tochtergesellschaften, Fachhändlern sowie externen Entwicklungspartnern zusammen.
- Erstellung von Marketingkonzepten für bestehende und neue Produkte und Erstellung globaler Markteinführungs- und Kommunikationsmittel.
- Erstellung von Marketingkampagnen zu internationalen Schwerpunkthemen und Steuerung des internationalen Rollouts auf unseren internen und externen Kommunikationskanälen.
- Organisation und Begleitung internationaler Kongresse, Produkttrainings und Workshops.
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Marketing mit internationaler Ausrichtung im Bereich der Medizintechnik.
- Technisches Interesse und Verständnis.
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil).
