Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our EMEA Workflow team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their workflow challenges and develop tailored solutions to drive improvement. Your expertise in workflow analysis, process management, and technical skills will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their workflow challenges and develop customized solutions.
  • Conduct current state assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deploy workflow analysis tools, techniques, and processes to support improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Workflow Manager to develop new workflow strategies and drive workflow as a competitive advantage.
  • Establish trusted relationships with the DACH Sales Organization to better understand their priorities and support them with workflow expertise.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a Biomedical environment, as a Biomedical Scientist with a detailed understanding of the Histopathology workflow.
  • Excellent written skills, with well-structured report writing and a balance of detail and concise use of language.
  • Technical Excellence, with a clear understanding of histopathology instruments and their contribution to the workflow.
  • Native or near-native in German language, fluent in English language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Process Management experience, with proficiency in applying lean principles in various situations.
  • Advanced computer skills for floor plan mapping in CAD, 2D and 3D design, and workflow analytical tools.
