About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven professional to take on a leadership development role and contribute to the success of our company. As a Young Leadership Position / Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for supporting the store management team and playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store in Idstein.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: You will work closely with the store management team to provide guidance and support in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Employee Development: You will be responsible for the training and development of our store employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

- Education: You must have a completed vocational training or equivalent experience in the retail industry.
