As a Young Leadership Position / Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for supporting the store management team and playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store in Idstein.

• Leadership and Team Management: You will work closely with the store management team to provide guidance and support in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Employee Development: You will be responsible for the training and development of our store employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Store Operations: You will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

• Education: You must have a completed vocational training or equivalent experience in the retail industry.
• Experience: You must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the retail industry.
