Facility Manager

Your Responsibilities

– Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and other manual work, as well as coordinate various external service providers as needed and maintain cooperation.

– Supervise construction and relocation projects and monitor corresponding safety equipment.

– Courier services.

– Maintenance of outdoor facilities.

– Perform general maintenance tasks.

Your Profile

-You have a vocational training in a technical field and bring manual skills with you.

-First experiences in the field of Facility Management are desirable, as well as technical understanding.

– Through your responsible and meticulous work, you ensure that all tasks are handled flawlessly.

– Furthermore, you work independently, solution-oriented, and have a very careful and organized working style.

– You are open to new things, have an open personality, and bring a high level of commitment with you. You also have a well-developed team spirit.

– Service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you.

– A valid driving license for cars (B/Klasse 3) is required due to the cross-site activities.

– You are eager to perform and see changes as opportunities.
