About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Configuration Management team at Utimaco. As the Head of Configuration Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the build and deployment processes, related tools, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of configuration management engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our build and deployment processes.
- Enhance our source code management system (SCM) and design processes for contributing code changes to our products.
- Define, deploy, and continuously improve the CI/CD tool chain and internal build standards or methodologies connected to it.
- Setup an artifact management system to ensure releases are assembled correctly.
- Ensure all established processes and tools adhere to security best practices and are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Enhance and maintain different environments (physical or virtualized) for building software and running tests against different hardware and software setups.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in an agile environment, with knowledge of build automation tools and CI/CD pipelines. You should have experience with modern source code management systems based on git and excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with information security technologies and architectures.
- German language experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
