Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Crown Gabelstapler GmbH & Co. KG. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring indirect materials and services, as well as managing projects and initiatives to improve our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure indirect materials and services, including equipment, tools, and services
• Manage projects and initiatives to improve supply chain operations, including market and price analysis, vendor selection, and contract negotiation
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives, including cost reduction, quality improvement, and risk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless supply chain operations
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and procuring indirect materials and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
