About Us

GVV Versicherungen is undergoing a transformation journey, with a focus on business development and digitalization. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Controlling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the standard reporting system and create ad-hoc analyses for financial, cost, and budget development.
  • Steer and implement planning and forecasting activities from team leader to executive level.
  • Develop and improve Controlling and Reporting tools, such as specifying requirements for IT systems.
  • Represent the team of Fachbereichscontroller (m/w/d) on an alternating basis.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in economics or natural sciences (at least Bachelor level), preferably with a focus on Controlling or comparable training with relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and operations in a insurance company.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable Controlling role, preferably in an insurance company.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis, holistic thinking, and initiative.
