The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our global network, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lean production systems to drive efficiency and quality in our pharmaceutical production processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lean production systems to improve efficiency and quality
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process improvements
  • Analyze and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement lean strategies
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on lean principles and practices

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in lean production and process improvement. You should have a degree in a relevant field and be certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. You should also have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams.
