Marketing Assistant Opportunity at Merz Aesthetics GmbH

Merz Aesthetics GmbH is an international company in the field of aesthetic medicine, renowned for its high-quality products and commitment to excellence. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Aesthetics Marketing Team in brand management and overall marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of various brand projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist in meeting set-ups, planning, preparation, note-taking, and follow-up to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide creative and innovative inputs within marketing projects.
  • Support the marketing team in their daily business, including contracting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
  • You are a student in Business Administration / Marketing or related fields.
  • You are fluent in English, with German being a plus.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • You are a creative and conceptual thinker with hands-on experience and a flexible team player.
