Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Representative in our Inbound Sales department. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships, creating and following up on quotes, and coordinating the execution of transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Prepare and send quotes to customers, and follow up on their status
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of transportation services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Logistics
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the logistics industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
