About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fachberater im Außendienst to join our team at Berner Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our customers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on our products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of our products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
