Your Responsibilities- Develop Innovative Strategies: Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with our overall marketing objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Influencer Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard French influencers who align with our brand values and target audience. Cultivate and manage strong relationships, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of campaign goals and expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, social media, and PR teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing initiatives, fostering a cohesive brand message.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage influencer content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with emerging platforms, changes in influencer marketing best practices, and industry trends in France.
- Contract Management: Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and compensation within allocated budgets, ensuring seamless execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing in the French market.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitch) and their respective influencer ecosystems.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Established network of contacts within the French influencer community.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique campaign concepts.
- Proficiency in social media management and tracking tools.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
