About the Role

At Warner Bros. International Television Production Deutschland GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liquidity planning and cash flow reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Closely collaborate with production teams to monitor project costs and cash flow, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Prepare business analyses and project-specific controlling tasks to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure timely and accurate provision of data in SAP for management reporting
  • Review and participate in financial accounting by national (HGB) and international (US-GAAP) guidelines for the entire group of companies
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements by US-GAAP/HGB and report to the parent company
  • Ensure accurate processing of key accounting transactions and maintain and control cost center accounting
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting/controlling
  • Proficient in MS Excel and databases (knowledge of SAP desirable)
  • Understanding of balance sheet and P&L, journal preparation
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work style
  • Excellent understanding of complex interrelationships and strong analytical skills
  • High level of commitment
