Wir suchen einen engagierten Experten (m/w/d) Qualitätskontrolle - Pharma für unseren Standort in München.

Überblick

Als Teil des Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH-Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung und Bereitstellung neuer Behandlungsstandards für die Onkologie beteiligt. Wir suchen nach einer Person, die sich für die Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle in der pharmazeutischen Industrie begeistert und Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement und Logistik hat.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für alle Kundenservice-Funktionen, einschließlich Auftrags- und Rechnungsmanagement, Logistikdienstleister-Management, Spediteur- und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Verwaltung aller notwendigen Stammdaten in SAP R/3 und Einhaltung der termingerechten Lieferung über SAP R/3
  • Schaffung einer professionellen Schnittstelle zwischen internen Kollegen und Interessensvertretern sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Bachelorstudium, bevorzugt im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice oder Supply Chain in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder Konsumgüterindustrie
  • Erfahrung mit Back-Office-Prozessen sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Logistik, in internationalen europäischen Pharma-Logistik-Prozessen inkl. GDP-Anforderungen und Kundenservice-Tätigkeiten für verschiedene Handelskanäle
