Marketing Assistant (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Marketing-Assistenten (m/w/d) für unser Team in München. Als Teil unseres innovativen Marketing-Teams wirst du an spannenden Projekten arbeiten und wichtige Aufgaben übernehmen.

Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Marketing-Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Influencer-, PR- und Virtual-Selling-Aktivitäten
  • Übersetzung von Werbemittel- und Schulungstexten (EN/DE)
  • Erstellung von Briefings und Mailings für CRM und Kundenaktivierungen
  • Umsetzung von POS-Aktivierungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Corporate-Funktionen
  • Unterstützung bei Neuheiten-Planung und Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Eigenständige Analysen, Recherche von Trends und Kooperationspartnern sowie die Erstellung von diversen Reportings für das regionale Headquarter
Qualifikationen:
  • Idealerweise Studium eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder ähnliches
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Leidenschaft für Kosmetik und Lifestyle sowie eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Freude am Arbeiten im Team
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (MS-Office, Excel, Power Point) und SAP
