Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out consulting projects for our customers in the field of analysis and design of development processes in accordance with ISO 26262.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out consulting projects for customers in the field of functional safety
  • Take on operational roles in functional safety in customer projects
  • Contribute to the technical exchange within our competence team
  • Conduct internal and external trainings on standards and norms
  • Create concepts and develop new methods

Requirements

  • Functional safety professional or several years of experience in the area of functional safety
  • Background in engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science) and good knowledge of software development or embedded software
  • Extensive practical experience in the analysis and design of development processes according to ISO 26262
  • Practical experience in requirements management and SW/HW testing
  • Good German and English skills
  • Analytical thinking, organisational strength, communication and presentation skills, personal responsibility and team spirit
