About the Job

Franke is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead various HSE initiatives and drive the implementation of safety standards and sustainability measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE and sustainability, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a project plan to align local safety and sustainability measures with global goals and ambitions
  • Support sustainability topics and share best practices with other local HSE responsible personnel
  • Prepare project plans with clear goals for each initiative/sub-project

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or HSE
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
