Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate in our Bakery Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our bakery products to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our bakery products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Restock shelves and display cases with bakery products, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote our bakery products.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
