We are seeking a highly skilled European Tax Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

The European Tax Manager will be responsible for:

  • Quarterly tax calculations and reviews, including tax provision and deferred tax
  • Tax return true-up and transfer pricing
  • Group reporting, including Forms 5471 and Subpart F
  • Withholding taxes and ensuring tax compliance across Europe
  • Collaborating with the VP Tax and Tax director to ensure seamless tax operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid foundation in accounting and a CTA and/or an ADIT qualification or equivalent degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in an international group
  • Advanced technical tax knowledge, including corporate income taxes, property taxes, and transfer pricing rules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make clear, consistent, and transparent decisions
