Senior Finance Finops Specialist

Join SAP's Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Finops Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery team, you will be responsible for finance management within our Data Center and Infrastructure Lifecycle Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial process associated with hardware remarketing
  • Support financial services for all teams within the DLS organization
  • Optimize the E2E remarketing financial process & service and their cost allocation & charge out
  • Review existing service flavors and their improvements to support the GCID's overall data center strategy
  • Analyze expenditure against forecasts and prepare high-level variance analysis

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' experience in financial services & management with a focus on assets accounting
  • Experience in FINOPS or other financial / service methodologies
  • Experience with creating business cases & portfolio management
  • Attention to detail and comprehension of financial impact of decisions & vice versa
  • Proven ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with a diverse set of colleagues
  • Strong motivation to learn, being creative and curious
  • Proven English & German language skills
