We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Planet intelligent systems GmbH. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our field service team to prepare quotations, process orders, and provide after-sales support to customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Provide competent customer consulting on our IT integration solutions, from initial contact to contract conclusion.
  • Support existing customers and acquire new customers, establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with external partners, our consulting, marketing, and sales teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree, with ideally some experience in internal sales.
  • Assertiveness, proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, confidence in concluding contracts, and conceptual and strategic strength.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented personality.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility.
  • Fluent in German and English.
