We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Planet intelligent systems GmbH. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our field service team to prepare quotations, process orders, and provide after-sales support to customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Provide competent customer consulting on our IT integration solutions, from initial contact to contract conclusion.
- Support existing customers and acquire new customers, establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with external partners, our consulting, marketing, and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree, with ideally some experience in internal sales.
- Assertiveness, proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, confidence in concluding contracts, and conceptual and strategic strength.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented personality.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility.
- Fluent in German and English.
