About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our portfolio company and support its operations and supply chain management strategies.

In this role, you'll focus on developing plans to drive business development and operational growth, aligning with the company's overall objectives.

You'll identify and engage with potential suppliers and service providers, cultivating strong relationships to drive user acquisition and transaction volume on the platform.

Collaboration across teams, including growth and product development, will be key to optimising platform performance, enhancing user experience, and addressing operational challenges.

You'll analyse data and metrics to assess performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Supporting the team in day-to-day operational activities and contributing to the overall success of the business's operations will be essential.

Your Profile
  • Experience in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment, such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex subject matter.
  • Curious and passionate about hyper-growth startups.
  • Want to change a traditional industry together with an international team.
  • Possess a hands-on mentality.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Please note that we're looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
