About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Zenjob GmbH. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and prototyping user experiences that drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding enterprise user needs and translating them into actionable design solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype user experiences that are responsive, adaptive, and accessible across all devices.
  • Conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, especially in enterprise contexts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Requirements
  • Over 4 years of relevant design experience with a focus on product or user research.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, with a passion for embracing changes and iterating quickly.
  • Confident English speaker, able to conduct interviews.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools, backed by a strong grasp of design fundamentals.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your skill in product design, user research, and your ability to tackle complex problems with strategic design thinking.
